Pakenham State Emergency Service is an emergency volunteer organisation that is available for call-out 24 hours, 7 days a week.

We have around 40 unpaid volunteers who respond to protect life and the property of individuals and businesses.

There are many SES units throughout Victoria and the rest of Australia. There is one thing that makes Pakenham SES different from all the rest.

In the event of a serious crash in Pakenham SES's area, the Pakenham State Emergency Service and the Nar Nar Goon CFA join forces to create the Pakenham Road Rescue Unit. We then work jointly to do the task that is at hand.

Pakenham SES train on Monday nights at 7:30pm until 9:30pm at our headquarters in Purton Rd, Pakenham. Feel free to visit us one night - even for a cuppa, as new members very welcome.

The members are highly trained individuals who can apply their skills to any situtation. To learn more about our training and what it involves click here.

Our contact details are available here, so please contact us.
